Park your car safely
There are big, threatening clouds and your car is parked outside because you do not have a garage. Then it starts to hail heavily, and everyone hopes the car will survive this storm. However, you can watch the spectacle with peace of mind as your car is completely protected from hail damages by the hail protection cover.
Fully padded for optimal hail protection
The hail protection cover is completely upholstered with a 4 mm thick neoprene foam layer. This absorbs the impact of the hail very well, whereby the hood, the roof and the boot are well protected against hailstorm. In total the cover has a thickness of about 5 mm. The product is water-repellent and has a fleece on the inside that is gentle on the paintwork. There are four reflectors on the outside and the ultra-orange tapes add visibility. In addition, there are two ventilation openings to ensure good ventilation.
Easy installation
The cover is manufactured in five different sizes and is relatively easy to install with elastic seams. Attach the hail protection cover with the sewn-in arrow to the front on the bottom of the car with the attached snap fasteners. Mount the hail protection cover only on parked vehicles in non-public traffic areas and remove it immediately after the storm is over. Please note that condensation and moisture can form under the cover if it rains heavily for a long time and the air is very damp or the ground very wet. Condensation can also form under the cover when temperatures fluctuate strongly. This happens regardless of whether the cover is waterproof or not. It is therefore all the more important to regularly remove the protector cover from the car and ventilate and dry it.

Attach the cover to the underside of the car with the sewn-in arrow pointing forwards, using the snap fasteners and firmly pull the straps. - Why should the hail protection cover be removed after a thunderstorm?
If the cover remains on the vehicle for a prolonged period of time, moisture can form underneath, which can significantly reduce the lifetime of the cover. We recommend removing the cover after the thunderstorm has passed and drying it thoroughly before using it again.
Please note: Our hail protection covers are not UV-resistant. Direct UV radiation damages the cover and reduces the lifetime of the cover. Therefore, please remove it after use and do not leave it on the vehicle permanently!

Preis und Leistung passen !
Hält was es verspricht,habe mir die Plane für einen US Oldie ( Ford Ranchero) geholt, der ja über fünfeinhalb Meter hat ,passt als wäre es dafür gemacht. Die Verarbeitung sieht solide aus, ziemlich Dickes Material als Polsterung gegen Hagelschäden. Bei Starkregen muss sie sich noch behaupten,hatten wir noch nicht. Ansonsten nach einwöchigen Gebrauch , absolute Kaufempfehlung . MfG Andreas

Nicht optimal aber besser als gar kein Schutz
Preis ist angemessen. Plane bei hohen Windgeschwindigkeiten seitlich überfordert. Abhilfe sind Haftmagnete.

Vielleicht hätte es auch eine ganz schlichte Folienplane getan!?
Lieferung erfolgte vorbildlich. Alle Phasen des (Ver)Kaufprozesses waren perfekt nachvollziehbar. Die Plane passt und ist ausreichend groß. So gar das Laden des Plugin-Hybrid SUV mit geöffneter Ladeklappe funktioniert problemlos. Aber: die Handhabung der recht steifen Plane (Material ähnelt dem eines Neopren-Tauchanzugs) ist speziell bei einem SUV nicht ganz einfach. Für tägliches Ab- und Überziehen zu langwierig. Die abgenommene Plane ist sehr voluminös, wenn sie nicht absolut korrekt zusammengefaltet wird. Ich schlage beide Seiten auf dem Auto hoch und rolle sie anschließend zusammen. Ergibt eine Rolle mit Durchmesser 0,5 und Länge 1,5 m. Die nasse Plane möchte ich so nicht handhaben. Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: der vordere und hintere Befestigungsriemen muss unter dem Auto zusammengesteckt werden - warum ist die Steckverbindung nicht an einer Seite angebracht???

Es ist bereits die zweite Plane dieser Art. Die erste hatte nach 3 Jahren
Es ist bereits die zweite Plane dieser Art. Die erste hatte nach 3 Jahren ihr Ende erreicht. Grundsätzlich bin ich zufrieden damit. Leider finde ich es ausgesprochen schlecht das es die Planen mit kompletten Hagelschutz nicht mehr für PKW sondern nur für SUVs gibt.
